87 TurboII with mods in MA

Well I guess this is more or less a testing the water thread. I have had this car for about 6 months and have had a ton of body work done to it. It is a TII with a motor that has a supposid 40k on it the guy before me was the first owner and installed a motor that had 20k and that was about 20k miles ago.

I am having a problem passing emissions and am getting frustrated and I think I may just want to move on. All of the information is at this link it has pics from the beginning till now.

Throw up offers the car is also located in Lowell, MA.

The car runs but on occasion has trouble starting... the engine is pretty much completely stock besides a new magnaflow cat and cat back exhaust. I had some parts getting ready to go into the car in the spring but if I sell it you can choose to purchase them as well or i can sell them seperately.
Extra parts
-stainless t4 manifold
-t60 Garret Turbo
-3" vband downpipe
-all custom oil lines
-Apexi dual chamber BOV
-intake filter and afm adapter
-an hks style wastegate with 6psi spring
-and stock wheels with new sumihtomo tires pretty much
