Question what exhaust size r u using.

i have the full racing beat exhaust system. which i love but want to go to a single again. its a pain when i have to do work to remove both pipes. im thinking of using 1 of the rev tii exhaust mufflers from racing beat, which is a 2.375 inch dia. then just having my welder make the conecting pipe from the silencer to the muffler. cause i want to still keep the exhaust noise lower than a apexi style muffler. im going to be running a full bridge with exhaust port and huge street port. motor will be done in a couple weeks. thanks john

I have the rb streetable exhaust without the mufflers, I am planning on collecting it at the back with a 3" exhaust and muffler. It comes with 2 precilencers so with the right muffler, hopefully it wont be too loud. I'll let you know when it's done.

do you have a full bridge port? ill have my motor in 2 weeks. will bolt up what i have. but going to call racing beat see if i need to take out their silencer which has a gap in it to make back pressure. cause all ive heard is brige ports dont like backpressure. so replacing their rb silencer with a regular silencer will prob make my hp numbers good.

I am making pretty good power using one of their TII pre-silencers. All I did was remove that little back pressure tube from the exhaust stream and weld a cap on that side. The trick to a comfortable and quiet exhaust is more a function of tubing wall thickness more so than what muffler you use. So the thicker the better.
