Question on Float Drop in Nikki Carb

I am rebuilding the carb and per the instructions I took measurements of the two floats in the "Dry" and "Drop" positions. In the Drop position, both floats are exactly the same distance. But in the Dry position, one float is 10mm higher than the other. Is this normal or is there something I need to adjust? Is there a list somewhere that explains what the factory spec Dry and Drop measurements should be?

Thanks, Scott
