Did you know your engine had a pony sitting on it? It does now! Good luck with the build!

Hay man im going to make a custom intake, Maybe somthing like 2 long runner's into a plenum then bolt on my modded s4 T.B, Will wait till i get my housing's back, Dummy block in 7 and go from there, My injector's came from a mate that i did some work for, He got them through Paul @ NZPERFORMANCE : http://www.nzperformance.co.nz/store.../prod_700.html

Search ebay for RC51 throttle bodies. They are off of a 1L V-twin Honda sport bike from a few years back. There are two types, the 54mm and 62mm. They have 4 integrated injectors and a integral TPS/linkage. I paid around $100 for my set. Very easy to adapt them to a custom intake manifold.

Those are the exact same TBs I have. You should be able to run those with microtech. Most aftermarket Ecus allow you to calibrate the TPS by finding the tps resistance at 0% and 100%. Just be careful to know which TB because there are two different sizes and they are measured at the bottom bore and tapered.

Looks good!
Nice thing about the motorbike throttlebodies is that they are pretty complete, fuel injectors, fuel rail, pressure regulator, tps sensor, throttle linkage all combined into one lightweight piece. I looked into using throttlebodies from a 4cil inline motorbike for my engine (r1, gsxr1000 ect.) but they are too small, (most are 38 - 42mm). These units look like they will work though, too bad that there is a slight angle between the 2 tb's, might need some fabwork to make them fit perfectly.

The RC51 TBs are angled, yes. But, they are actually independent TBs held together with a very simple bracket. A few bolts and the center U-bend fuel line are the only thing holding them together (and the linkages of course). It would be VERY easy to undo them and make a new bracket. Another thing, because they don't share an independent throttle shaft, they are actually turned 90* compared to most TBs. This makes fabbing linkages much easier.

Nope not yet ha, Hopfully one day it might ????

Motor built -

Motor going in -

she's in ! -

And turning over

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=--bEu...1&feature=plcp

Time to put the rest of it togther and make a intake -

Got some pipe and plate coming today .... EFI Intake will be basic as basic is and will reuse the old exhaust system to keep everthing on the cheap side haha, If the motor goes and dosn't f out then i can look at doing a better intake/exhaust to suit at the end of the year.

Rite, Coffee then time to go do some more work.
