My ITBs (post with pics)

This are ITBs from a CBR600RR

Surprise, they came with

- TPS
- MAP
- WAX ROD (for cold idle)
- Manual Adjustment ****, for idle.
- 8 denso 12 holes injectors (I believe they are 190cc each)

I´ve read they are 40mm, but at the top they are 45, and at the bottom 42....

I dont understand how you measure this stuff

measurement is the throttle plate diameter...

those actually look very user friendly, all you need is an ecu and a manifold

I was warned not to go with 4 itbs. You will not get the same flow thru all 4 intakes - So you can end up with hot spots in the combustion chamber.
Any validity to this? Makes sense as the inner and outer intake tracts are different diameters.

It doesnt make sense, you only have 2 rotors.

IF you were working on a piston engine, and you select diferent sizes for each runner ,,, then yeah you are facing issues.

not the case here...

you would be choking a four rotor with that small of throttle body size.

anyways, you should get the stock CBR 600RR venturi attachment that goes into the stock airbox and bolts onto the throttle body, I got one with my CBR 600RR ITB

I believe we're all still working on our setups. I just ordered a haltech Platinum 1K to run mine and am finalizing the airbox.
