Yes I did it the result is exactly what i was looking/hoping for. I have spent alot of time researching the carb/port setup begære doping it because i reallu didnt want a rpm monster when im mostly running rallysprint
The setup is:
Pineapple Big race/rallyport
Dlidfis with 24 btdc at 4000 rpm
Homemade Dual exhaust 2" pipes.
48 mm Ida with F3 mixture tubes. 38 mm chokes.
Im running 12,5 AFR i also tried 11 and 13,5 AFR and it didnt change much but the throttle reaction is much better with 12,5.

cool! that power curve looks just right!

if you want more power, bigger chokes are the next step

yes but i really dont think by seeing other peoples results that 42 will make the torque and that low smooth pulling i had 42 in my last engine and i dint pull anything before 6000 rpm

so i just raced the car for the first time last sunday. not much info because i ran tarmac rally tires on a dirt track not very good haha. the engine however ran great only have a slight problem i think im getting condensating water in my carburator so i will try a little alcohol..

I do get a bit os starting problems when hot. could this be caused by the carbon seals? will it get better as the wear into the housing ore is it the weight problem?
