Anyone use Corksport header?

Does anybody have any experience with the Corksport header on a na FC? I was thinking of trying it instead of the RB. Corksport looks closer to the SDJ design?

Any suggestions? Thanks.

It's much newer than the RB header, which could be why there's not much info about it to be found. You'll also have to use a stock or stock replacement main cat or their presilencer with it, whereas many people might already have an RB presilencer, which is bigger and should be quieter.

I had a RB on my 12a a few years ago, and it was nice. The Corksport is Stainless, so that is a plus. Also, the collector looks a tad different. From the pictures I've seen, the SDJ had a beautiful collector area inside. I am guessing that was what made them perform so well. I already have the RB catback on, and was planning to go with a Borla after the header for a pre-silencer. I don't need the cats.

Thanks for input.

No, they aren't. They are chrome plated mild steel with an 1/8" wall thickness. The stainless headers are both more durable and lighter, as they have thinner wall thicknesses.

We're both right. The standard one is chromed mild steel, but they do sell a stainless one. As a bonus you get a slightly larger ID on the tubes.
