How much power would one put down using carbs and a pretty free exhaust?

Just curious, its going into a beetle.

At what RPM?

How reliable is a BP rotary?

Also, what site can I buy a decent used rotary?

About 8-9000 rpm. You'll get 100000km's if you look after it correctly i.e always warm up, regular maintenance etc. DON"T rev it hard till the oil temps up. I'm in NZ so unsure what sites to go to for a good motor.
