What are FDs worth in CO?

So, I'm thinking of selling my car, and am curious what you guys think it would be worth. I have seen them go anywhere from $8000 to $18000 based on condition and mods. I think at best I could get maybe $14k, but that's at best. I definitely need the money...but I'm really reluctant to sell, because I've put a lot of time and money into this car and could potentially be losing $7k or so. I know cars aren't an investment, but damn that's a lot!

First things first, I should point out the problems it has:

- Needs a good tune
- Will NOT pass emissions without some serious work
- Add coolant light is constantly on, but the car doesn't run hot
- One stud sheared on right rear wheel and needs to be replaced
- Rear bushings could use replacing; it has the notorious diff clunk. I have a full delrin bushing kit that will go with the car
- Various dents, dings and scratches as expected of a car this old

That said it does run beautifully. It has all of the reliability mods (full exhaust, big intercooler, PFC, aluminum AST, big radiator, etc.) and has been freshly rebuilt.

So if you were in the market for an FD, and interested in my car, what would you offer, realistically? I'm trying to decide if I should sell it and take the loss, or wait until I can fix the things that it needs.

Oh, here's a full list of what it has, in no particular order:

New rebuild, street port, ALS aviation-grade seals
Rebuilt turbos, non-sequential modification
Aluminum Y-pipe
Pettit Racing aluminum AST
Apexi power FC with commander
Megan racing downpipe
Racing beat exhaust right behind that
Exedy stage 2 clutch
Greddy underdrive pulley
Air pump elimination pulley
EGR blockoff plate
Powered by MAX Coilovers
Greddy big FMIC and piping
RE Amemiya short shifter
Mallory Hi Fire VI Ignition
Greddy Type RZ blow off valve
Fluidyne high flow radiator
Engine torque brace
Greddy strut tower braces
Manual boost controller
AEM Wideband gauge, mounted on A pillar
Pettit racing steering wheel column boost gauge

I'll give ya $200.

Seriously though, I couldn't tell you. I don't know much about 3rd gens. I wish I had one, but I'm to broke to work on my FC. It sounds like a pretty badass car. Good luck.

OOC, what color is it? I've seen a nice red one over here in Arvada.
