i should have my 93 by the end of the first week next month, then i need to get it tuned so maybe i will be ready let me know if you all come up with a date

 

Looks like it will be mid April....should have a date in a couple of days......How many people have a running Rotary?

 

I got my S5 TII running finally. But its down and waiting for a radiator.....
Any idea where its going to be this time? Sill-Terhar again would be nice.

Up and Running. And I vote that the meet be somewhere south, no more of this north crap. I hate driving 40 miles each way to get to the meet.

 

i drive from pueblo LOL. my car isnt running yet . i cant figure out why it wont run, stupid thing. i will probably skip this meet unless i get any bugs i may have worked out AFTER i get it running. its a long ways to drive for it to crap out halfway.

 

I don't want to hear anybody complaining about driving far. I come 100 miles one way from Cheyenne. J/K LOL. I wish there were more of us up here that could come down to the meets, oh well it does kinda make me original in this city. Not just another civic you know.

 

Since we had the meet North last time, we can do something south this time......We are going to take a cruise up to Hog Heaven Barbacue in Conifer. It's about 30 mins West of C-470 and Hampen. If you have never eaten their....you guys are in for a real treat. I talked to the owner of Hog Heaven and he will throw in a free drink for all of us. They have a long road we can park on and take some pictures for him to put on his website.


Anyone have any idea's of a big parking lot we can park at around Hampden? It will be on a Sunday, but not sure of the date yet.....stay tuned!

Who else besides me needs just a little more time? For those that don't know.....I am having my motor rebuild now........I'm guessing I will be up and going in 3 weeks.....I just want to make sure we have our meet before all the big shows start happening. Maybe late April or early May?

well due to unusual circumstances im ready and driving it but the car is only primered. so if its in a few months it might be painted too.

Don't you guys remember the last time we tried to hold a Rotary meet in the Springs! I think like 3 people showed up! LOL

 

Yeah, nothing against the Springs. Just a long drive for me (Brighton area) on an FD with a few kinks to work out and 73k on the original motor

I'll have to bow out of any C. Springs meets.
