I can't believe everyone is afraid to drive their cars. I drive 80 miles each way from the springs to make it to every meet, on an original motor, 79000 miles, Daily driven, daily beat on car. I know a meet in the springs won't happen, and its probly best for the highly modified cars. The cops here love those exhaust tickets. Not to mention every car you pull up next to wants to race. The last meet/cruise was too much for me. 250+ miles in one day is a bit much. No matter where the meet is everyone won't be able to make it, but everone should try and suck it up if you have to drive a bit further than most people. Props to the Wyoming guy for making the trip. Quit the bitchen and lets have a huge rotary meet!

I throw this motor and im not in a financial position to fix it until next winter. After spending 4 yrs in the military and drooling over pictures of my FD from the middle-east I'd like to enjoy my car for a summer before it breaks. If this means not driving far and *****-footing around so be it.

It just makes more sense to hold the meet whereever will give us the best chance to get the most amount of people to the cruise. We will have 3 meets this year........

One we will cruise up to Hog Heaven in Conifer for some Barbacue to die for
Another will probably be at 9 sec racing in Broomfield for a dyno day
And Mazda will have a big showing at the Exotic Car Show this year (June 10th, 2007 9am - 3pm at Araphahoe Community College 5900 South Santa Fe Drive Littleton CO)

That's the plan....before the Summer, but not until the sand on the street is cleaned up. Plus, it will give a few Rotary owners to get their car running. I know of at least 5 people who are down that should be up and running soon!

It doesn't appear we will have our Rotary meet when you are here, but you would be surprised on how nice it has been up until today! LOL

By the time you are here, It will probably be in the 70's!

That's good, I'm used to wearing shorts, tank tops, and sandels every day. I guess I'm a fair weather person. It should be a good time regardless, I've been trying to get a hold of everybody, but a few people seemed to be oddly hard to get a hold of.

i am doing my fuel system (steel braided, AN), and FMIC setup. that and i need to get the new engine/haltech to actually start and break it in LOL. working on that however, BDC made me a basemap, and i am going to order a haltech TPS soon and hopefully that fixes it

29th now conflicts with another meet I want to go to also.

The last meet there was pretty good would be cool to hold a rotary meet at this one. I don't want to drive that far 2 weekends in a row.

Well the SCI and CRN meet is on the 22nd so im not sure how that conflicts. And if we plan on having a meet at it, then dont plan on myself or my fd attending. Large car meets are gay.
