hey guys. i haven't posted in this forum much but I wanted to say hi again and that I actually got my project car up and running!! It is my first rx7 and probably not my last since I am in love with it. I always really enjoying reading build threads so here is mine:

So i've finally decided to give up on the rx and begin work on project supercharged 2.5 subaru, so it's time to get rid of it. little about it.

87 s4 t2 with s5 turbo and motor swapped from my parts car ~85k miles on motor and i have tons of spare parts, i drove it for about 5 months last year and a month or so this winter and it ran great.

i'll try and get some pics up of it soon.

Everyone seems to have slowed down. I'm waitng for some parts and trying to find time to get to work on the 7. Also trying to get a fuel map setup so i have a starting line to go from once it gets back together. What about everyone else where do you guys stand?

I have been fokin workin my *** off. I know this might come as a shock but I have been getting up before 9am and getting to work. Sleeping before 1am something broke in my head. I need to purchase some bearing etc for the Rx2 and I think I am going to pull the axles and get started cleanin them up. I still got some more FC parts for anyone local you get a great deal. So all in all I would have to say the Doc and I are making strides.

Also anyone gonna race on Sunday? Expopark? Either way we should get together this weekend maybe take a drive and do something.

I hope you didnt port to far on the edge twards the seal, Pineapple racing s templates go to the max on your clearence. Sounds like its still running fine though, nice build.

 

I didnt extend any farther than the template showed, but after 400 miles its still running like a champ.

 

well guys... i know this is rotary blasphemy but...... im going to test drive a civic today. just because i need a good dd so i can give the 7 the attention it needs... so really its for the better

 

Civics aren't bad for a daily driver. I know it's blasphemy, but lets look at the gas mileage difference.
