help me out please i got a ticket for blowing a stop sign -- then proceeded to lose the ticket in like 2 hours!!! (it was saturday night man come on...)

Probably local, look up what city you were in, find the courthouse. Call the courthouse. Tell them your tale of woah.

But wait about 3 days or so from when you got the ticket so it can be in the system.

I have a funny storry about this.

My last name is LeCromp (not really but it works the same)

On my License it would say James Le Cromp.

I got a ticket and much like the orriginal poster in a flurry of irresponsible behaviour lost it.

I immediatly started calling the courthouse but they never had it on file. I called and called for a month trying to get this all cleared up, but the ticket never entered the system. We even tried all the common misspellings.

So I start thinking I'm home free, they lost the ticket as well so I'm all good.

Then about a week later I get a call from the Colorado state Marshals telling me that there is a bench warrant out for my arrest due to failure to appear. Ilistened to the message like 4 time before I realized they were asking for James Cromp. The cop had missed the LE thus why I had never been able to find it in the system.

I scheduled a new court date, went in and got the whole thing dismissed because the cop had misspelled my name.

Fun stuff.

But yeah, call the courthouse.

called courthouse and that was a mess lol
so then they sent me a letter saying that now i owed them like 250 bucks or somthing ridiculous in like 10 days or else my drivers license wouldnt be valid so i just sent em a check and its all grizavy
