CO Any shop/person that knows rx-7's in Denver?

Long story short, I used to go to Precision Import way back in the day (like 13 years ago). Had a project FD that I put on hold (like 13 years ago). Now I'd like to finish it.
Precision is no longer owned by the same people, so they don't really work on them any more. So I'm trying to find a reliable shop or person to help out.

Where the car is at and what i'm looking for:
Car has a 0 mile motor, single turbo. Originally was going to go for some big power, but now I'm just looking to get it running reliably, will probably run e85 to help pass emissions/inspection.
Short block was quickly put in, just to make storage easier, but I'm basically working with an empty engine bay. I have a metric **** ton of random parts (from 2 rx7's), and I no longer have any idea what goes where and what I still have left to purchase... in another words, this project is now a mess. The rest of the car is bone stock and put together.

I'm in need of a shop or a few people to help me get this thing sorted out and hopefully running. I don't have time to fully dive into it myself, because I have a ton of home projects that I need to finish before I sell my house, so I'm looking for some big help.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

A bit south of you but Rotor REhab in Albuquerque can get you sorted.

Thanks for the suggestion, but yeah, that's way too far south.
I found a shop, EZ Motorsports, specifically the owner Ezequiel. He has quite a bit of RX7 knowledge and has built quite a few of them... but his shop, in general, builds any kind of performance car. He's working with me to get this convoluted project finished.
