topeka shops
i've heard about prather, and seems good, but has any one been to 5th gear? its over near 21st and kansas.
i haven't really talked to the guys about the rx-7 [only time i've talked to them is how much would it cost to get an ej22t for a subie swap that never happened
] but i noticed an fb in the lot next to the building. they seem like a heavy 240 area.
anyone done any business with them?
and is there any other shops i should be aware of in topeka, lawrence, or even kc or wichita?

In addition to those other two, Carriage and Motorworks on the Boulevard in KCK (Brian Haupt) is a also a great choice.
Jesse Prather (Prather Racing) is a good friend of mine, Charlie Clark (KC Raceware) is my Dad, and Brian Haupt (Carriage & Motorworks) is my Father-In-Law.
All 3 of those guys are extremely skilled with RX-7s, and extremely trustworthy. If you live in the KC/Topeka area and you're a rotorhead, you're lucky to have so many choices!
