For the third time, Steve Kan will be coming to St.Louis to tune our cars. If you want your car tuned, please send a $200 deposit to the address below. I will hold the deposits until Steve arrives. Steve can only tune so many cars in 2 days. Sending in your deposit early will guarantee you a spot. You can mail me your check John, I'm merely holding them until Steve comes. The deposits won't be cashed until July.

Send deposits to my home address here: (Make checks out to Steve Kan)

STL/KAN Party

As some of you know, the tuning session falls on the weekend of July 4th. St.Louis throws a huge fireworks display at the Arch which is very close to Tuxedo Racing. I spoke with Steve Burkett (Owner of Tuxedo Racing) about possibly watching the fireworks from his shop (Many people use his parking lot to watch because the view is great).

He decided that he will host a party Saturday night after the tuning. We’ll end up getting a few kegs of beer, grilling out and basically partying it up.

This is not only a tuning session but a Rotary meet.

Eric, I'd like to be put on the dyno list. Even if I just get a couple pulls to see where my car is. Do I make a deposit, or just pay for the time when I'm there? What am I looking at spending $50 or so?

I'm sure it will be around $50 for your couple pulls.

FYI, if you're wanting just dyno pulls. You'll be standby or you'll be dynoed when Steve is on lunch break. This is so the tuning runs smoothly

What if I just want to slap a car on the dyno for a run or two?

I want to see what kind of HP my GF's AWD Explorer is putting down, and what difference the Diablo Chip we slapped in there makes. They claim 40 HP.

Hm.

Thats odd. Im not sure if I would trust that, I dont want my (her car) flying off a dyno.

As soon as she lands a job after school (-12 months) its going to become a garacge queen.

Here come the 347 and the supercharger. Or maybe a turbo? Who knows, Im sure Ron can figure it out though. I hope the AWD hold up though, lol.

Ultimate sleeper baby.
