Hey guys I am gathering more people to come tune at my shop at burnsville. FNR racing in burnsville MN. Steve will be coming to tune our rx7's. let me know who is interested in tuning I will be organizing the stuff to get this going. I have a list or my friends to start this and will be needing a official date for what will work for every one but For starters I am thinking april 2 and 3rd Friday and saturday. Let me know people.

STEVE GOING RATE FOR TUNING:

$350 - Stock turbo up to 12psi of boost (pump gas only) 1 map
$400 - Aftermarket turbo up to 16psi of boost (pump gas only) 1 map
$450 - Aftermarket turbo from 16psi - 25psi of boost (race gas and/or auxiliary injection only) 1 map
$600 - aftermarket turbo up to 25psi of boost (pump gas and race gas tune) 2 maps

I'll probably be in for 2. I'm building a new turbo setup, hopefully be done in time. Is your dyno 2 or 4wd?

 

Is Delaray going to have his 13bre done by then?

 

Best case scenario I will have two cars to tune

 

We have a 2 wheel dyno jet not 4.

 

Delarey quite FNR so I dont know if he will be doing the tune anymore.

 

i think ill come down and watch. I am taking mine to green bay this year.

 

What standalones does steve tune with? Any other times maybe in the summer where he might be around again? I saw him tune the FD's last fall, is he pretty good working with N/A setups?

steve can tune almost anything. I will send this link to him so he can come and chat with us in this thread for the new guys that dont know steve. last year he tuned my rx7 to 21lbs with meth injection and I made 500RWHP. I trust him and his tunes. He is a great guy and cool to hang out with.

yes, I can also do Rtek as long as you have your own palm for tuning. There was a TII with Rtek I did made 380rwhp in Colorado last year.

I looked at kantuning.com and nothing is scheduled for April. Has a date been picked?

In 2008 Steve tuned both my '95 20B with a Haltech and my '93 13B with a Apexi two years ago and it was the best money I've ever invested in either car. Steve tuned both for optimum performance and engine longevity. Worth it at twice the price...

just to let you guys know, April 3-4 is already reserved for San jose group. You guys will need to pick a different weekend.

 

WOW, Steve you have a 550hp 2 rotor running E85. I guess I was right 2 years ago when I wanted you to do my car on that.

Let's do this tuning session in May when others can get their cars done and do it right.

Who knows what might show up.
