how far away is this?
I need to redo some of my CAS wiring, and assuming gas isnt $5 a gallon ill be there.
Need to know final dates soon though, so I can request off.

Ryan-
Two events are fine with me. A Sunday thing will probably preclude a trip to a haunted house. Especially if we meet before noon.
Ernie-
The more the merrier....
Tony-
The park is about 25 miles south of 141 and 21. It will take almost an hour from where you live.
If we do the bbq thing, it would be great if everyone brings food and drinks with them. I'll supply charcoal and some food: hotdogs, some chicken, some burgers, but I can't feed everyone.
If you are going to attend, maybe list what you can bring and how much of it. That way we have some idea. I hate being short on food.

Let's see if this map link works.....

zoom in to city level and shift to the west, the park is a little south and west of Desoto.

well i oculd go if you guy's dont mind a noob rx7 owner who is still trying to learn about these cars. plus i am gettin work done on it this week so it might be fun to take it out and run it a little down 21. It has taken me forever to find some people who actually got together as a group with these cars.
Well, got my CAS **** figured out. The vent I left open on my oil fill cap was leaking oil onto my cas wiring, which was running down into the plug. Plugged vent, cut off plug and soldered the wires directly together, viola, no more problem. Looks like ill have some new tires by then too!
Okay, we need to nail down a date....
I am on vacation after this Wednesday, the 29th thru Oct 10th.
Everyone who is willing and able to attend the weekend of the 8th-9th, post your preferred day. The day with the most wins.

Just another auction where people buy stuff just because they can and don't want to go home without buying something....anything.
The rx2 was rough had body damage and the windows had been down for a long time. You know like the ryans car(interior was wasted). The 3 had an auto and rusty, i figured worth about 300.00 not 600. The 7 went for what i thought was a good price if it ran, but i didnt know. I assume someone found out that it ran is why the price went up so quick. Running there bringing about 2k to 4k with that mileage on ebay, but looking at it from a none mechanics view with replacing the engine for 1500 to 2000 it wasnt a good deal. Then there the fact that i hate rotary engine.
