Midwest: "what are you doing to your Rx7 this Winter"?

Well guys, it is that time of the year again. Time to put the toys away. What are you doing to your Rx7 over the winter months?

I am keeping my winter low key and saving this year, Car is running good.

Plan on Mega-squirting, and port matching the intake, if I get time.

Need to keep as much under the wife's radar as I can. So pumping up the Paypal account for a new set of summer street tires and a set R compounds for autocross. And renewing my SCCA membership after a hiatus.

Pullin the motor for rats nest/vacuum line repairs and 5th/6th port check, exedy clutch, front end body work, stereo re-wire and front suspension, plus brakes all around if I get to it. And maybe I'll wash the pig.

Single turbo, R1 oil coolers, and hopefully a new bumper and hood if the wife allows it.

You know, I may get an itch and tear down my spare S5 Turbo ii engine and start prepping it for rebuild. I also planned on restoring the front end /upgrading the front end suspension to match the rear on my GXL. But I am doing a bunch of house projects this winter and may leave all that stuff till spring.

I am putting away a little money each month right now for a nice set of wheels for the FC. At 34k original miles, it deserves some clean shoes to match the skirt.

Just thankful to have a heated well lit garage in my life and right downstairs.

I forgot I also need to install new pillow ball bushings, since I snapped an axle last time I was at the track due to wheel hop

Sourcing parts for t2 swap, rebuilding and porting t2 engine for installation in the spring. Chassis will just have to sit out in the weather unfortunately.
