I may go back again next week, but i usually play in a dodgeball league on Tuesdays and i'd hate to skip out on my team two weeks in a row. It all depends on the weather.

I've been helping a friend out on his house so he can move into it. I won't have Tuesday free.

Do you guys still want to have a monthly rotary meet in Indy? I'd like to be able to grab some dinner or something on a Wednesday night with everyone some time. I know this Wednesday I'll be in Noblesville to hang out with a couple old friends of mine who recently moved there, probably going to be watching Saw V that night late in the evening.

Check out the forum at indyrotaryclub.com. Frank, et al. have changed the former "Indy RX-8 Club" to be inclusive of all rotaries. Their next event is an end-of-season cruise on Sunday, 11/09. See the thread at http://www.indyrx8club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1811

Frank ("flyboyindy") has expressed his commitment to holding regular meetings/social events, and the 8's have proven to be a responsible group in that regard. If you register on the site, and suggest perhaps a monthly hump-day get-toghether, I am sure that it will be given serious consideration.

I'm on the website. I own an Rx8 as well. I'm actually wearing an Indyrx8club.com hoodie as I type this. I am just not a big fan of the site anymore due to the fact that you have to pay to access over half the forum now. I had no problem donating money, in fact I have before. When I found out that after a certain amount of merchandise was bought, the website got a bonus out of the deal, I bought more merchandise even; however, due to the fact that I've not donated 30 dollars in six months, or how much ever it is, I can only access less than half the site - I'd rather not partake in the forum. This forum offers more to me than that website ever could, and this one is free.

Since you're from the 'ville, I won't tell anyone. Just make sure not to pop your hood. Are you thinking about coming?

Agreed. I'm just glad that they're doing the event organization. I won't give money just for website access, and I refuse to put any stickers on my baby. Any more ideas for a mid-week get together? Thursday nights are usually better for me b/c I have class until 8:30 on Wednesdays.

Thursdays start my work week. Thursdays through Sundays, 3 pm until 12:30 am. Why not do a Tuesday or something?
