Great that you guys are once again making plans to get together. I'm an 86 KU grad. Bought my first Rx-7 in Kansas City in 1981. Still have it with me out here in So. Cal.

I get back to Lawrence every year for the KU homecoming weekend. Wish I could take time away from work and take a nostalgic cross-country road trip back to participate in your gathering.

I'm currently in transit moving from alaska to Kansas. Ill be in kansas around the 17th of june. Then i have to go to St Louis to pick my car up.

I'll start... Does the meet have to take place in Lawrence? I suggest Shawnee Mission Park up in the city. As for a date, how about June 22nd? The 15th is Father's Day, the 29th is a Crown Autocross event, for those that participate in either. Let's get a date figured out between those of us attending/planning.

 

Shawnee Mission Park sounds good. I will need to rebuild or replace the carb on my Rotary Pickup. I think I have a bad accelerator pump but I know nothing about carbs.

 

Shawnee Mission Park is cool with me, not as far of a drive. the 22nd is fine or even the first week of july would be cool.

First week of July would allow for those who need to ask off that work weekends. Opposed to first week of July? If not...add 4, 5, and 6....if so...probably can't make it.
