My 85 is under a cover in the driveway. Hope to start reassembly in Mid-October.

-Matching set of Goodyear Eagle GTII P205/55R16’s with plenty of tread
-Premium car cover

Engine donor car is a 1987 RX-7 w/ the Turbo package. Complete turbo rotary engine swap performed by an ASE Certified Mechanic. All stock turbo parts put on non-turbo chassis. These include:
-Turbo II rotary engine (w/ 108K total miles, ~6K miles since swap, Compression tested at 115 front rotor, 112 rear rotor)
-New: rear main seal, spark plugs & wires, oxygen sensor, belts, filters
-Turbo ECU, fuel pump, wire harness
-Manual transmission (Newly rebuilt w/ 10K miles)
-Rear differential, front and rear brake assemblies, rear suspension, entire exhaust system
-New KYB GR-2 rear struts installed, new KYB GR-2 front struts still in box
-Aluminum Turbo II hood, power mirrors, alloy spare tire
-Basically a Turbo RX-7 with a Non-Turbo VIN number

-The car has only had 10K miles put on it in 6 years.

Price is negotiable because the car needs to move.

Runoffs Grid

Here are a couple of Kansas FBs on the grid at this year's Runoffs. The green #6 is my Dad, who qualified 21st in EP, and the purple/orange #18 is me in 22nd. I eneded up finishing 14th, and Dad was 20th.

The TV coverage on SPEED will air Tuesday December 19th at 12pm Eastern/11am Central. Set your recorders, it should be interesting to watch.

Theres alot of knowldgeable people around here, got my dead 86 GLX back up in 2 days.

BTW, checking in, Manhattan KS. Flat black FC, and the red 300ZXTT with annoyingly loud BOV's

Everyone putting their 7's up for the winter or we thinking another meet, maby sometime during the day, when its warmish.

Some time, there needs to be a closer-to-Wichita meet for the local RX-7 owners.....

How many are storing their 7s for the winter? I'll drive mine until it gets shitty, and then keep her in the garage. I won't take it out on the salty roads, but if it stays nice out then I'll keep driving it.

Any Ls1's In Kansas

Hey is there any LS1 converted RX7'S here in Kansas yet? I have a 91 VERT that my son and I just went from a blown, auto rotary 13b to a LS1/T-56 HERE IN THE WICHITA KS. AREA.

SO FAR, it has been one hell of a lot of work, but after driving around for the past 2 weeks, we think that it was worth all the hard work!

Is there a RX7 CLUB around this area????Let me know, thanks Kevin

Hey, show us some pics of your FD/LS6 CONVERSION, and we would like to meet you soon also! We are planning either a LS6 or a LS2 IN OURS! I see some big advantages with a LS2 FOR clearances on the firewall side and oil pan to rack---mite have to spend the big bucks and go LS2! We love our FC LS1/T56----IT IS SOOOO MUCH FUN TO DRIVE WHILE GETTING 25+ MPG OUT ON THE ROAD!
