yea i guess they wanted a reference cited when you make claims like "he is the greatest ladies man of all time"

it was noted by wiki"this posting has been flagged for speedy deletion" lol

rainbow paint here in CR can blast whole chassis i think, and there's a place in the QC also. since your rx3 is a bit older- i would get it soda blasted instead so the metal wont get weaker/thinner in some spots.

Should be pretty sweet with a nice exhaust on it. It's crazy how much different those motors sound, almost like they're misfiring.

Yeah I definitely like the way the subaru's sound with full exhaust on them. It should be interesting with the manifold as well I don't know if that will make a difference sound wise or not.
The nice thing with the wrx is with the turbo back I won't see massive boost spikes like the turbo 2's so the apex'i neo should be more than enough now for tuning.

So, any word on when the next meet will be? I know the QCAAF is supposed to be renting out Cordova for a day or something along those lines. Would probably be a great time for a track day!

Hmm I haven't seen that on there. That would be pretty awesome to go to. I think as long as my car is done I will head out to that one. It sure would be fun to go put some of those guys down in the quarter. But I think some of the only ones that will be able to compete with some of them are jason and E lol..

Installed my HKS twin power last week and love it.

Really should have got one a few years ago.

Improves low end torque/idle/and high rpm break up.

The car really pulls fast in the higher rpms now, where before it seemed like it stuggled.

I had assumed it was back pressure or lack of porting but it just flys up there now so very happy with that.

The car is really starting to become fun as a daily driver - I just need some softer coil overs and swap the tranny out.

Today I worked on an extra FD UIM that will be able to handle the 20+ psi I want to run safely.

Just bought some 3.9 gears and be swapping a T2 diff in.

I'll need some diff bushing then and I'll be able to get more reliable launches and run slicks if I want with out fear.

My water injection kit should arrive in the mail soon.

I'd say another 1k and I have all the goodies I want for my engine.

Should be able to make 450-500 hp safely too.

Taken from Rx8 club.
"Woodhouse Dealership in Omaha wants to sponsor a track day for RX8s.

The dates they are looking at are September 19th and 20th.

From what the initial talks are with Woodhouse Marketing it seems they are going to cover a substantial portion of the track fee.

Post up if you are interested.

Mid America Motorplex

It really is for any car, not just Rx8s.

And also just want to put the word out, My family just opened up a Mexican American Restaurant on 16th ave SW. Hot Tortilla is the name. Food is really good and Beer prices are awesome. Should have next meet there! lol

Easily 11's

I think now i do 12.5's with shitty 60ft of 2.0ish (think my diff bushings blasted)

hell just cutting my 60ft will be in low 12's.

Increaes the boost from 14.7 to 20+ is going to add 100hp+.....

Not this year tho. I want to do a lot of the work over the winter when i can have the car down for a long time.

Yea, it's at the dealership I work at. Definitely has some issues with it. The body is kinda rough, dents and dings and the passenger rocker panel is mashed. Also, a lot of the interior doors are broken. From the looks of it it's running stock twins and some sort of PF brand intercooler and exhaust. Not quite sure of the history behind it, but it's got 81k on it. The car bogs pretty bad until 5k RPM's then it will somewhat take off. Car was traded in for 6k I believe, so it's not worth much.
