Garage Space or Shop To Swap Out Blown Cat For Pre-Silencer - South Elgin Area
Hi Guys,
I just got relocated to the area 4 months ago. We are still in the process of getting a house so no garage at the moment. Almost all our belongings are in storage, including tools. Apperently my catalytic converter decided to get a hole in it so I now have an exhaust leak. The shop I went to will not swap out my cat for something else.
Just wanted to throw this out here if anyone knows any shops in the area who would be willing to swap out my blown converter for a pre-silencer (i have all parts necessary and willing to pay) OR if anyone has a garage space with a jack, jack stands, 14mm ratchet & wrench (impact wrench a plus) that I can use for 1-2hrs near the area so I can swap it out myself.
Won't take too long, only 4 bolts to remove, swap new in, done.
Thanks guys.

Yeah I moved here, got the kitty replaced by the presilencer last weekend. Car is happy now, but now back to smelling like essence of rotary every morning when I get to work. Damn hondas are always trying to race my car at stop lights around here.... its funny to see their face when I unleash the fury of a thousand squirrels : P
Thanks again guys, really appreciate your help.
