any one got a t2 starter laying around i need on asap like tonight! supposed to leave in morning to go dyno and mine crapped out on me today

 

just got back from some tuning down at aim tuning. did 468hp and 398tq at the wheels on give or take 17lbs. who said rotaries couldnt make torque muhaha

tony what you shooting for this time when you go tuning again?

I just want enough power to still be able to see Blakes taillights after a 10 second race,
because as Azar knows, I live my life a 1/4 mile at a time.
And for those 10 seconds or less...I just hope to not spit an apex seal.

I don't remember who exactly I heard it from but, I think they stated it as "pushing 500hp" But it wasnt until recently that I seen your car. lol I was walking through the parking garage at school and seen it and stopped and looked for prolly 5 minutes as i did three laps around it. lol

better shoot for higher if you wanna match me in the future, once i get an EBC so my boost doesnt fall off over 7000 rpms ill be making 500 for sure

What kind of boost controller are you running?

How's the GT40? Do you have the ball bearing or journal bearing?
I don't think those turbos are happy unless your pushing at least 20lbs.
Must be nice...

 

im just running a manual guy, but my wastegate is ginormous so its bleeding off too much boost at high rpms so boost drops from 18lbs down to 14-16lbs so the hp curve doesnt keep buiding from 7000-8500 like it should. im only running a 4082 jouurnal bearing. i do think your right im kinda under its efficiency. when i went from 14 to 18 lbs it seemed much happier! what turbo you running?

I've had it for about 5 or 6 yrs.

That turbo has been through 4 engines...lol...literally.
Still no shaft play whatsoever.

I guess it's doing okay.

 

sounds like a winner to me if it will hold up to few blown engines with shrapnel blowing through on it way out......
