2007 40th Annual Stout Auto Show
2007 40th Annual Stout Auto Show
I am writing to you on behalf of the Stout Auto Club to inform you about our upcoming specialty auto show, the 40th Annual Open Air Show and Swap Meet at the Dunn County Recreational Park. The event will be held on Sunday, April 22nd, 2007, from 7am until 2:30pm. We expect at least 200 vehicles including antique and classic cars, trucks, motorcycles, imports, and specialty vehicles as well.
We would like to offer, with your support, door prizes and items for “goody bags” to be given out to all show participants. In the past years we have received t-shirts, product samples, engine components, detailing supplies, wheels and tires, tools, and gift certificates. We would also like to extend to you the opportunity to sponsor one or more of our 19 show classes, at only $100 each. As a nonprofit organization, our funding is limited and is generally replenished each year by our automotive exhibition. Be it a monetary donation, door prizes, advertising your establishment, or materials necessary for the smooth operation of our show. Your generous contribution can both aid us in providing a quality show, and offer you the opportunity to market your establishment to the hundreds of diverse spectators who partake in this annual event. Some benefits of sponsoring would be tax deductible, your organizations name at front gate of show, and periodic announcements naming sponsors over DJ’s public address. If you would not like to sponsor a show class, and would just like to come to show your vehicle off, the admission price is $10 per car, and $4 per person to just be a spectator. Two canned goods may be brought to receive $1 off per can.
We thank you for allowing us the opportunity to seek your support and sponsorship, and do hope you take advantage of the quality advertising opportunity available. If you would like more information, please feel free to contact me, and I do hope that we will be able to work together to provide another year of quality automotive showcasing.
Sincerely,
