Damn, Railgun. You seem to be really soured by the lack of participation in the past. I know it can be frustrating to organize meets that no one attends (I've had this experience in another forum), but I don't think you should completely give up on the idea. What the hell use is a local forum if you can't try to round everyone up once in a while?

If it turns out that 4 people go to the meet, then I would say that it's still a success. In the end, you still meet a few new people that share the same interest--what's so shitty about that?

Also, did you get the PM I sent? I'm willing to lend a hand with Chicago Rotary. Let me know what you need, and I'll see if I can do it.
