A mictrotech forum NICE!!!!
I just had my first post in the tunning section.
BTW Dale: I read in Ausrotary that you sold the rx and bought a V8...... I'm sure you have your reasons though

no not tuning related, OEM part related.... mazda quality control is not all they make it out to be..... we has lots of mazda parts that were not flat or straight etc.
and as soon as we threw the AEM CDI in the bin and swapped over to the Microtech LT10 and X4 all our problems went away
believe me a 2j was discussed for the rx3

I'm just a little skeptical of the self tuning feature, being new with Microtech and all. It's a great feature, but I'd like to see others have it in action before I progress onto that feature. I'm also a bit worried as to why it's taking them so long to release this ECU. I'm guessing if they're running into problems, it's probably with the self tuning feature.
-Alex
Edit: I may be jumping ahead of myself here...You will be able to tune the ECU yourself, rather than using the auto tune feature, correct?

yes you can tune by self normally,
and no its not the auto tune holding things up, there is a bunch of new stuff going to be realeased at the same time, so be patiant!

My luck everything will be released as soon as I get the LT10s installed and my car running!

Hey Dale, I hope with you selling your 7 It's not giving a warrant to leave the Microtech forum. Do pass by from time to time.
Thanks for the heads up on Microtechs updated site.
