will a lighter flywheel effect my tune?

I'm going to do a clutch upgrade soon
and would like to get the ACT streetlight flywheel

would this have a effect on my tune?
In other words would I need to have it re-tuned?

Yes, throttle pump values (or whatever Microtech calls them) will need to be tweaked.
Abrupt throttle transitions will probably hesitate after the change of the flywheel.
