Quick note.. Why is your 25Hg line richer than 15Hg? I would imagine that to come in between 30 and 15Hg valued round 1.0? That is where mine will pull vac on decel so I am guessing can pull down pretty lean?

Try all of my figures first and if they dont work then you can make some adjustments.
I have based the figures off an experienced microtech tuners map.
I think your idle cell is too lean and the others around it too rich.

I will have a play.. Can you confirm the 25HG line though? surely that should be leaner than the 18HG line not richer? I can see for sure pulling down the cells around the idle cell will mean there is a chance that needs to richen up slightly so I can have maybe a line of cell close or the same value to keep idle AFR nice and constant. I can just adjust those local group of cells to see what happened in line with what you suggest but I am pretty certain idle will be super rich. Here is what my map looks like now by the way:

Facebook Post

it has come down leaner around some of the points. I will bring down the 30HG line as that pretty much is unused as I don't pull more than 24Hg on the overrun. To me 24Hg wants to be down around 1.00 I would guess all the way through which is why I questioned your richer number of 1.25?
Then I have a few odd rich values in the 12Hg and 6Hg column. They are rich rather than lean as I know the cells around them have a decent AFR. How lean can I go on the AFR on these Vac cells assuming the car allows it of course?
Also with the values you are giving don't forget my staging will have an impact on what they will be. Aaron has suggest I increase my stage % by 19% so if I understand right that will mean taking 19% off all the values in the table. I ma currently at 80%.

Thanks very much for the input and feedback.

Weather here is pants right now so no driving today unfortunately!

So I got out finally today but only briefly and I thought I would give the suggest settings a go. I did not have a chance to fine tune to the wire but the settings were not a million miles off what I have ended up with. And I figured out a bit more along the way. I was pretty sure some of the numbers would be lean a d some rich but as a guide it gave me a good start and trend to look for in my matrix. I will post my revised matrix tomorrow so you can see where it is. I changed the pump setti g to TPS as well and that did not make a huge difference but noticeable and you can see pump status kicks in quicker now. This enable me to bring the very rich cell down in line with the other's and consequently lift up the idle cell slightly. It was hunting at points after initial adjustment and it turned out it was just a click too lean. I will check what AFR and how steady it is next time I run it up as I had to dump and run before I got to do that today. I think the overall result is a much nicer looking table and I will try and adjust more when I go out again.

So here is the matrix I had yesterday before I started playing with the Injector staging%
Facebook Post

And after staging increased from 85% to 99% here is my new matrix
Facebook Post

It is getting there. The resolution is massively effected by the staging increase so small changes around idle make a big impact on the AFR. hence my AFR is no richer to net the same stability. I might try and fine tune it using trim to get it a little leaner. I it low to mid 12's now. I had it mid to high 12's before. Still a couple of random cells I need to smooth out but I think it's getting there. We have only been up to 5500rpm today and been concentrating more on getting the staging smooth which has gone pretty well. Not perfect but acceptable. Thanks for the tips. It has helped me get on the right track and understand a few things about the behaviour of the matrix.

So I have pump 1 on TPS as we know and have redone my matrix. My idle is richer now. 12.2-12.5 when hot but I don't get any stumbles (generally) through warm-up, free rev or coming off throttle. I might try and use the Mix trim to take a global 5% out and see if I can lean it out a touch. Most of the map is erring on the side of caution with the new engine so I think it can take that. but will wait until I am properly tuning before I just go ahead and do that. So firstly thank you for the points on that part of the map. Much less fussy even if a touch rich.
Now I have found that firstly my TPS sensor is messing around for sure and sometimes pump1 and decel are not coming on as a result. But that aside I found when the car was cold and I was pulling off the car was going a bit lean and stumbling. TPS not helping but after adjusting that is still did it. So I changed my TPS pump1 trigger to 6% so it activates with less TPS change. then I changed the AMT from 10% to 14%I think and that helped but still a little fluffy. When it was hot it seemed pretty much fine. TPS was not messing around quite so much then either, Free rev was fine just the pulling away from a stop. So question is if I go to drive it next time and TPS is fine lets assume How much AMT % would you expect to add as a max, How low can the trigger % come down before it will cause problems elsewhere and should I be looking at changing the pulse setting at all which is currently set at 2?

Thank you guys in advance.

Side thought.. There is the pump cold setting. if it is better when hot should I be looking at adding a bit in here instead? If so what would be an expected amount or I just keep adding and see if it helps?
