Not getting consistent spark

Sorry for the bombardment of questions the last couple days, but a couple other people and I are trying to get the car running so we can race it on Sunday. Does anyone know if there are any adjustments within the ECU that would cause us to not get consistent spark. When we get spark the car tries to start, but we aren't getting it consistently enough for it to actually run.

I got that problem fixed, but now it keeps fouling the trailing plugs... I think it is running pretty rich right now but is there anything else I should look into??
