Best way to test your setup is to throw it into test mode - set the number of cylinders to zero, and watch for spark on all your plugs and listen for your injectors pulsing. The ECU acts like it's running at 1800 RPM; useful for scoping if you're really ****. It keeps the fuel pump off, however. Once you get that done, crank it over and do the TPS calibration and timing light stuff and you're ready for tuning.

Best o' luck to ya.

well it cranks but i have on GREEN LIGHT ON THE MICROTECH! i checked with a test light its got power. just wondering if there is anything else it needs as a bare minimum to turn on the computer. just ignition switch on and power right ? this is my first microtech install and i basically followed the instructions. if my microtech is bad A) will they charge me to fix it and B) will i risk voiding my warrantee if i have my father who is basically an electrical engineeer pop the case and have a looksee ?

Awesome. Are you going to tune the car yourself or are you going to have it tuned?
