My FD is finally running, LTX12 powered

Yup, I finally got my se7en to crank up tonight. After 7 weeks of assembly (working on it in my spare time) she is running. It actually should have started Saturday night but I had no spark. After chasing the problem for a few days, I finally figured out that the schematic provided for me was for a 2nd gen RX7 and the Crank Angle Sensor (CAS) was wired wrong. After I figured out the right way to wire it up, the car started right up.

The car still needs a lot of tuning but at least she will start up and idle now. Whew what a relief!

here are a few teaser pics

before I tore it down

after I got it back from the bodyshop, before re-assembly

and tonight after I got her to start up

that is all for now. let the tuning begin

Special thanks goes out to Dale for answering several PM's that got me going in the right direction to getting the car started. Thanks Dale!

thanks guys:bigthumb, i've got a lot of work invested under that hood

I went with the LTX12 simply for the wideband 02 sensor option. It is not available on the LTX8.
