Microtech RPM reading does not match Tach readings.

I just noticed that today when I went to start my car. the Microtech reads almost double the amount of RPM's as my tachometer. I have done nothing to the tach wiring, it is completely stock. My throttle is set correctly also. What could it be?

Oh okay, I'll take a look at that.

Another question: What is my TPS % supposed to be at idle? Mine is currently reading .08%

TPS should be zero. Run through the calibration procedure, making sure you get the astrisk...
