Microtech Issues

The shell I got was previously wired for a haltech. Since then I have been trying to figure out how to wire the microtech LT8s into the already cut wiring. I think I have it right so far, but I may have messed up the coil wiring. The main problem I am having is that I am getting NO power at the turn of the key, no headligts, no brake lights, etc. Also I am getting no power to the microtech.

Now I have some questions:

1. I have 4 wires for the coils, grey/white, grey/red, grey/black, and grey/blue. The microtech diagram doesn't have grey/white listed. What to do with this wire?

2. The microtech only has one pink wire in the diagram. Mine has two, one for the fuel pump relay, and one for the microtech I believe. Do I wire these both into the relay?

3. If I wired both the pink wires into the relay, does that mean I won't get +12v ign?

4. Which tan wires in the coils would I wire the +12v ign wire from the microtech to, if that is the problem? There are two coming out of the trailing coils, and I haven't seen one from the Leading.

5. Or is it my alternator? Anyone have a diagram of how the alternator/battery wiring is routed?

Thanks, I really want to get this car running.

There are 2 sides of harness for an FC. Passenger side is for ECU
The driver side is for headlights power for ignition alternator etc..
The passenger side is where the MT should be installed I.E. injectors, CAS, also wiring up the ignition. The Passenger side Harness should not be touched.

That's the thing, mine was touched. The tan wires on the coils are cut, and perhaps many more wires were cut. The battery, starter, and alternator are all connected correctly, but I can't even turn on the headlights, interior lights, and etc. Thanks for your reply.

I still need the other questions answered

Alright, I solved the power problem, and everything is ready to go, except one thing:

Everything suddenly turns off when I try to start the car, I think there's a short somewhere, anyone have any ideas? Would a viper alarm starter cut act like this? I just uninstalled the viper out of mine...

The Alarm system is connected to the ignition. When my alarm got fried the car would not start. Im not saying yours could be in the same situation, but if i were you i would reconnect the alarm back on thats if it was fried as well.
