LT10S ignition problems T2 coil???
Hello MT guy's, I just put an lt10s on a customers S4 and I'm having two problems that I can't seem to work out. First off the t2 coil is not firing, the coil is good at .5 ohms across the terminals, the plug wire is good at 1.2 ohms and the plug is not fouled. This pretty much leaves the trigger from the ecu or the igniter, I don not have an oscilloscope to check them but the T1 coil is firing fine so I think the igniter is ok. The T1 coil is wired pink to grey/red and T2 is wired white to grey/black as per the mt-8 wiring diagram, I assumed the lt10s is the same? Are there any settings in the ecu that can cause this? I know that MT is not good about letting people in on the trigger setting and such but it should be pretty strait forward and I figured some of you guys might know.
My other problem is the thermo fan control, controlled by the aux output is not working properly. The auxFAN function will not turn it on, I have the auxRPM and auxMAP set to off but the output will not turn on when the engine reaches the turn on temp. I am able to turn it on with the auxRPM function though? I'm sure this is just something I'm overlooking with my limited MT experience... Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Please disregard, got it all figured out... Maybe if I would have received a lt10 manual instead of an lt8 manual with the lt10 ecu! It would have been much easier. Funny though, I acually got the car to run quite well with an ecu that was not designed to run the stock coils! Ha ha.

I was told nothing of the x4 ignition bow when I got the ecu and was given the lt8 manual... That was fun sorting out. The only other thing I found is the thurmo fan control is not on Aux1 but on Aux2 white/red wire.
