Inj at 12.14 mSec at crank

I don't know if anyone has had this problem but I'm hoping someone can help. When I connect to my laptop the output gage goes to 12.14. When I crank the engine it floods. I checked for any shorts and didn't find any. Plus i've disconnected all the injectors and connect the laptop and yhe output gage still goes to12.14. I've disconnected the fuel pump and have got it to start on starter fluid, when the vaccum goes down inj output goes down. Seems that the ecu is telling the injectors to full open at start or idle. My Idle map is set right but my tps keeps pulling an error after a few minutes of calibrating. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you have stock injectors and your car is stone cold thats how much fuel it will put on crank?

Need more info about the car?
whether its a new install? or? car was working fine and all of a sudden started having problems?

But If The engine is flooding at start Wouldn't tuning down the crank map help. I've disconnected the fuel pump and can get it to run on starter fluid. Its getting to much fuel at start. I've removed the upper intake manifold and it's not the secondary injectors i can see they're not fireing so it must be the primary injectors flooding the engine. Should I swap out a set of injectors, maybe they're bad. All injectors are stock.

Starter fluid is helping it start because its increasing the compression. Its oil based.
Basically like sticking engine oil in the plugs.

if its putting 12.14 ms when its warm then yes it will foul your plugs. But if its cold it shouldnt foul your plugs and most likely something wrong elsewere.
And also you didnt answer my question ? Did you just install the microtech? Or was it running fine? How can people help you if your just gona give crappy information.

If you want.
Like i said before.
tell me more about your car.
What injectors do you have.
What temp are you trying to start it?
At that temperature what % has been inserted in both your water and CRANK maps.
And we can go from their.
