High or Low Impedence Injectors?

Do I wire up the injectors any differently whether I'm using High Impedence or Low Impedence injectors? I am currently running stock S5 550's (HI), but will soon have GSL-SE 680's (LI) as secondaries. Is there any difference in how to wire them?

From what I understood, the LT8 can use high or low impd injectors without having to wire resistors inline?
