CAS problem or is it something else?

OK so I get the microtech in and everything is good. But I keep getting the Home and RPM error only when I accel. hard or above 3K rpm. I have double checked everything four times. The weird thing is at idle and low/slow accel everything is good. Got any advice I would appreciate it.
Thanks. 93 RX7 R1

On the RPM error, I found that if my MT wireing to the CAS was to close to the coils or the spark plug wires, I would get the RPM error.

Ok well I replaced my wires with 10mm Magnecors today and problem is still there and is worse. I think my LT is dead. After the car is good and hot I cannot go over 2200rpm before it gives me errors and misfires,spits,sputters,etc.... When its cold it runs fine...still get errors on home and rpm but will go up to 3500rpm slowly it warms up and the car goes slower and slower. Please help. Got any ideas?

Possibly shorts in your wiring, not grounded very well, etc

Well I think I have found and fixed the problem...Not sure which of the two things though. I replaced a CAS that I put in a few weeks ago with another one(same part number-both check ok). The other thing was that when I first got the car 6 years ago I shimmed the CAS sensors so that they were closer to the wheel. They measured .426mm from the wheel. Well I took them out and remeasured the clerance and found out that they now are 1.1mm from the wheel (within factory spec 1-2mm). I took it out really quick since I'm at work no errors. we'll see.
