Best place to purchase Microtech LT-10?

Found a distributor on ebay motors for $1100, but was curious to know if any vendors on this forum sell the LT-10 for a similar price, as I'd be more comfortable buying from a shop. Ebay 'scuurs' me.

My tuner prefers to work on microtechs....he knows the software = less hours I have to pay for him to learn something new, and if he's comfortable with it then that makes me comfortable. haha

why do you ask?

rx72c, I'll be contacting you again. The price you gave me on the LT-10 was amazing, but I guess I need a LT-12 for my application.

I am thinking of selling mine it has few add ons,
its been in the car for little over a year, and has little over 1000 miles on the new x 4 box
and add ons put on in australia,

config for 0-5v wide band input,
idle control,
x4 box with bosch coils,

the car runs great, perfect idle u can cruise as lean
as egt's will let u with no brake up,

I made 500whp on e85 harder to burn with no issues,
my only problem is the staging, I run 4x160lb secondary
injectors in paralel and I can't clean up the transition

I run 1000cc primaries,

its lt10
I've been doing some of the work @ steve kan's shop he is
familiar the car

here is a video from last friday
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hc0ireOGHC8

the final race is this coming friday so after that the car will be
broken a part to redisign the intake manifold and down pipe

I complain about it, but I still think the Microtech is the most reliable ECU out there.

However, in the past 2 years the only ECUs I have wired up have been Megasquirts.

Aaron. I setup a few haltech platinum ecus recently and they have been excellent bar the initial setup issues(haltech saying it can do things it cant...). But the ECU has been flawless, no trigger issues etc.

+1, i was a faithfull Microtech follower since 05 and ive installed a good amount of Microtechs in the eastern part of N.C but im tired of waiting on their promises, and their customer service has gone down the toilet. Now im gonna start recommending Haltechs since ive noticed that they have revamped their software AND they have 32x32 mapping which Microtech still has not yet released since being promised for years now. Hopefully they put their money where their mouth is cause they are loosing a good amount of money being lacsidasical and inconsiderate with their customers.
