Uh oh... connectivity problems

Ok, I decided to take this weekend to sort out a few problems with the LC-1 and upgrade to code version 029w. So i run the 029w's download-firmware.bat, all goes well, but it says that all code (other than what was just uploaded) has been erased. I didnt know if this meant the easytherm settings as well, so I opened up easytherm, got the RX-7 defaults, hit upload, and then got the message to jumper the boot-loader pins and cycle the power. I did that, clicked "ok", and then closed easytherm when it didnt do anything else afterwards.

Now I moved the easytherm files and the 029w msns-extra.ini file into the directory in megatune, replacing the one that was there and tried to connect via megatune, but no dice. download-firmware.bat couldnt connect either. Only easytherm could, and for the hell of it i re-did that with the bootloader jumpered the whole time, and it seemed to work completely (didnt just end after the pop-up window saying to cycle power to the MS). So turned off power, pulled out the bootloader jumper, and tried to connect again with either megatune or download-firmware, but neither would work. I know that the MS is doing something b/c I can hear the fuel pump cycle on and off when I turn the car on, but I cant connect to it.

Basically, the only thing that seems capable of connecting to the MS is easytherm, with "download-firmware.bat" all I get is 'expecting "Boot>", recieved "" ', and megatune reports no connection. Im going to go try loading 029y4 and see if that works. Help!

Nevermind, went out there and 029y4 loaded up fine, and all is working again. Well, not the secondary injectors, but thats cause the fuse for them went.
