I was thinking about going to the mountains to tune my megasquirt setup for the various throttle positions and the load of uphill, but then again the air is thinner up there. SHould I tune during my daily city driving, or would mountins be better?

 

I would tune during city driving unless you have a second MAP sensor installed for real-time barometric correction.
