Starts up then dies

I'm working on getting my MS2V3 with zeal board running my stock S5 n/a. I've managed to get it to start , but it will run for a few seconds then die out for seemingly no reason. I had some help from driftxsequence and we didn't make much progress, but at least confirmed it will run for a few seconds. I'd appreciate any guidance or suggestions to get it at least idling.

The omp took out the driver circuit on the stock ecu and threw it into limp mode. It just happened to crap out right next to my workplace, so it's been sitting in the parking lot for a week or so.

I ordered the DIYBOB to try and reuse the stock harness and make it as plug and play as possible. I have a dedicated ground running from the ecu to the intake manifold, but otherwise everything is straight from the stock ecu connectors.

I've confirmed that the MAT, CLT, and tps sensors are giving good sensible readings. I'm getting a good RPM signal from the CAS. I bought an innovate MTX-L that so far isn't giving me a reading other than 22.4 a/fr. It's currently grounded through the megasquirt, so I'll try running a dedicated ground to the same location on the intake manifold to see if that will work. But for now, I don't have a working O2 sensor.

I haven't confirmed timing yet, but I did pick up a timing light so I can check it the next time I'm at the car.

Well, I figured out why it wouldn't stay running. Turns out I read the wiring diagram wrong and had the fuel pump relay control wire hooked up to the fuel pump resistor, not the pump relay. So the pump would get power while cranking, then lose it as soon as the key was turned back to run.

Still haven't gotten the wideband to work for me, so no idle yet =\
