Secondary Injectors not coming on

Any ideas, primaries are hitting over 100% duty cycle (theoretically of course). I have seen the secondaries come on before so I'm not sure. Thanks.

Have you tried using table-based staging? It works a lot better than any of the other methods. In fact, I'm most likely going to get rid of the other methods for the MS3 1.2 firmware.

That said, post a datalog of it not doing what you want. It's hard to help without that.

I've looked at his datalogs, and the secondary PW just never comes on in the logs, even when the primary duty cycle goes over 70% (staging criteria). That seems like it would be the primary fault, before even considering wiring or the injectors themselves

I will have to try on the bench when I get a chance. In the meantime, the best option is to use table-based staging. That yields the smoothest staging results I've been able to tune myself. Tuned properly you can't ever tell it's staging while driving unless you look at the laptop.
