According to the megamanual:
For the VR sensor:
* Jumper VRIN to TACHSELECT on the bottom side of the PCB (near the DB37, opposite the heat sink.)
* Jumper TSEL to VROUT (Or VROUTINV if you want the VR input to be inverted) on the bottom side of the PCB, near the center.

done done and done to no avail on the TSEL what should i have it on for a cut cas with fc coil L and 2x Trailing 3 bim024
thanks
the rpm gets to about 3400 then cuts out onmega tune when on the stimulator still not car tested

It takes a signal from a normal stim, and generates wasted-spark/rotary outputs (or whatever you have set up in your settings).
It basically allows testing of spark for wheel-decoder users without simulating a wheel.

hrmm, on a 2.2 board, the only thing it comes with is coil-negative input.
If that's not working with the stim, then there's probably something wrong with the way that circuit was built.
I'd suggest going through that circuit and checking it against the instructions on www.megasquirt.info for the 2.2 board.
