No spark during cranking

I have a MS1 on a V3 board installed in an RX-7 and during cranking Tuner Studio shows 250 rpm and the PW1 gauge showed output but the engine was not starting. I hooked up my Crank Angle Senor test rig (A CAS mounted on a board with a electric motor and speed controller) and slowly increase the rpm, the injector starts clicking at 200 rpm, but the coil does not start firing until 750 rpm. I am including my data log, MSQ at bottom of this post, remove the .txt at end of files to use (I could not attach files with a msq or msl extention).

This is my CAS test rig. It let's me feed a trigger signal to the MS at different RPM's to listen for injectors and coils without all on the noise on a running engine.

Sorry about the this, but I just located the problem. I had my trailing coil output connected to my leading coil and the trailing coil will not fire below 800 rpm as per the firmware writeup. I had a temporary case of the dumb-***.
