Megasquirt my ecu was running on stim but now doesnt

my ecu was running on stim but now doesnt
ok i have clean it days ago and it worked fine all flux removed was working fine on stim now when all hooked up i open mega tune and it errors these 5 msgs

nbafr100
kpafactor.inc
throttlefactor.inc
so obviously i am getting no stimulation inputs from rpm, clt,iat and tps O2 is stimming fine was all work 3 days ago help?????????? all solders checked for bridging none found no flux residue on board
