Here is a link to Aaron Cake's write up. It would also help if you upload a data log and your msq file.

What's the issue you are having?
Most of the MS2 settings translate to the Microsquirt, you just need to pay attention to spark output settings.
My maps, assuming your Req'd Fuel is calculated correctly for those big injectors (my maps are based on stock injectors) should start the car.

Well, that's either too rich or too lean. Probably way too rich if you are using maps (like mine) that assume stock injectors and you have 1000CC primaries.
Taking a datalog of the startup will help you see what the injectors are doing.
Check injector time. A typical street port idles around 1.8 - 2ms on 550CC injectors. And cranks at 10 MS, afterstarts at about 7-8, then starts to quickly taper down during warmup (about 4 ms tapering down to final idle).
If you are seeing those sorts of numbers on your 1000CC injectors then you are flooding out.
Disable afterstart enrichment.
Set cranking PW to about 8 MS
Take a bunch out of the warmup enrichment.
As soon as it starts, catch it with the pedal and try to keep it running around 2500 RPM where it can tolerate the large amounts of fuel, then quickly pull fuel from the VE table until it stabilises. You will need to keep altering the VE table at that point until the warmup enrichment stops because you are "tuning" around it.

Thanks. I'll look into it. Had timing issues. Non rotary guys trying to make a rotary run lol. I got my car back today. The builder and tuner went out of town for a couple weeks.. So I have it and I want to attempt to make it run myself. I think he has your base map loaded. Just modded a ford tps for full range. He said it needs calibrated still

In TunerStudio, select "Data Logging" from the top menus and then "Start logging". It asks for a location to save the file. If you are wanting to post the file here, keep the log fairly short so the file size doesn't exceed the upload limits.

There is a fuel calculator in Engine Constants. Enter in your engine data, injector sizes, etc. and it will calculate ideal injector time for 100% VE at 14.7. That's the Req_Fuel.
