What do I wire Pins 25, 27, 29 to.? I'm kind of lost on that and only that part of the wiring. I tried searching but all I get is just FSM pinouts.. can anyone tell me what to wire it to?

What is Pin 31 on the MS and what does that get wired to?

Those pins are normally unused. Some MS builders have made use of those pins to send outputs or receive inputs. Did you build your MS? If not, contact the person that did.
