wait... you dont have staged injection turned on? you're dumping a TON of fuel in then... a bit more than twice what you should need! without staged injection on, both sets of injectors are firing for the given time into the engine, instead of just the primaries. When you do this, make sure that the primary injectors are wired to fuel output 1 (pins 33 and 34 IIRC), i had accidentally installed them backwards so for a while i was starting, running and driving on just the 1000cc secondaries in there, and it sucked. I was able to get back and forth to work for about a week that way til i figured it out, but it wasnt fun.

Also, what did you use to calculate req_fuel? it seems a little higher than i remember mine being (i think mine is 7.6, only difference being my primaries are 570 instead of 550)

2616 cc, 4 cyl, 2 injectors, 550 cc/min, gasoline (14.7 afr), simultaneous injection (once or twice per cycle, doesnt matter) is what I think you should be using.

Theres more info in the "staged injection" thread up near the top in this forum on calculating the scaling factor, and what RPMs, MAPs etc are being used, but to recap, there are two menus, staged injection and more staged injection.

scaling factor =
primary flow * 512 / (primary + secondary flow),

i am staging at 3400 rpm (34 in that menu) with a delta of 200 (2 in the menu) and at 110 kPa, delta 10 kpa, with a staging time of 100 cycles, staging off of one parameter (so either 3400 rpm or 110 kpa, whichever happens first)

i dont think you can run dual tables if you're using staged injection. Im also at work right now, so i cant really take a look at your msq unless you post screen-shots of the menus and stuff, so i'll try to when i get off (not til after 5 or so tho)

I have staged injection turned on and set as follows:

rpm based
staging point:35
Delta: 3
Scaling factor: 229
second Param:Map
Staging Param: One condition

2nd conditio KPA: 110
Delta: 10
Cycles:255

As for dtermining req fuel i was a little confused with that part. Do I need to add the total flow of the pri and sec and divide by 2? Also what AFR do I plug into the box labeled afr??

your cycles seem a bit high, it'll take about 4.5 seconds at 255 cycles to stage the injectors at your staging RPM, and even longer at lower RPMS (when you hit 110 kpa before 3.5k rpm).

For req_fuel you need to use just the primary size, and use 14.7 (gasoline) for the afr
